Our Story

We're building a global network of hospitality properties where missional leaders connect, create, and truly belong.

Imagine having a place to "come home" to in every city—spaces where you can show up as your true self, find a family you didn't know you had, and be refreshed for the journey ahead.

That's what we're creating: a Kingdom culture woven into beautiful spaces where intentional community isn't just a buzzword—it's how we live.

We’re building a global network of
hospitality properties for missional leaders
to connect, create & belong.

  • Urban Clubhouses

Our thoughtfully designed spaces in cities around the world serve as home bases for the community—places to work, meet, and gather.

  • Hosted Experiences

From overnight stays to curated local adventures, our ambassadors open their homes and cities to you, sharing Kingdom culture through their unique lens.

  • Member-Owned Properties

A growing network of homes where members host each other, creating a web of belonging that spans continents.

A place to "come home" to in every city and...

Find a family you didn’t know you had.

Show up as your true self, with intentional community.

Be refreshed & inspired for the journey.

With a growing network of Clubhouses & Ambassadors hosting overnight stays and “Kingdom culture” experiences from a local perspective.

And a future holistic wellness organic farm
in Hill Country, Texas…

This mission weaves together the threads of our stories as founders in divinely orchestrated ways…

And, yep, our founders are married so they get to live out a Kingdom “haus” pretty much 23/7 (no one’s perfect).

  • Bart Munro

He's a founding member of rēp, a non-profit using Kingdom business to transform societies across South Africa, India, and Indonesia.

Bart has an MBA from Stanford and a BS in Mechanical and Aeronautical Engineering from Princeton. A native Texan, he now calls San Jose, CA home, where he lives with his wife Jess and their four kids.

For two decades, she’s been architecting creative cultures in organizations from Fortune 500s to startups, including years at IDEO. Jess has spent years leading people to integrate faith and work, mentoring emerging redemptive entrepreneurs with Praxis, and launching hundreds of young entrepreneurs worldwide.

You’ll often find Jess in the backyard, skilsaw in hand, building fun inventions with her creative kiddos.

And have brought the whole family along on the adventure . . .
